Salesperson and process was terrific. I was disappointed with the extras. I found the truck online and you have line by line of discounts and what the truck includes. No where online does it say anything about paying an extra $1,899 for paint and interior protection. I asked multiple times if it could be removed as I don't want the coverage and was told the ceramic protection has already been applied. This should have been disclosed on your website as the price is not clear. I also noticed in the pictures that the truck had running boards. No where on your website was it disclosed that this is also was an extra charge of $1,299. Looking at the photos I assumed this would have been included in your sales price as they were already installed and I thought they had been installed by the manufacture similar to what the high country models come with. This information should have been clearly disclosed on your website along with an accurate price. It should have been disclosed on the phone when I called to ask about the truck and price. When I looked at the truck I was told all the vehicles come with the ceramic protection and you install running boards on almost all your new trucks. Again no disclosure of these added charges. The first time I was made aware of the added expenses was when I was going over the final numbers and signing the contract. $3,200 that I hadn't planned on spending left me with a bad taste and the desire to not come back or recommend to others. I am pleased with the vehicle, thought salesperson Michael was very professional and got through the paperwork quickly. I felt Michael did a great job of working with me and explaining the dealer cashback, costco discount etc.
